Auto Trends hasn’t published car display and auto show information for some time now as we’re enjoying the summer weather and getting ready to take a break of our own. Yet, we’ve noticed that there are quite a few shows coming up over the next few weeks, events that may be worth your patronage. Best of all, unless we indicate such, each event is free for spectators!

HHRitage Nationals — This four day event will run from July 24-27 and be held in Branson, MO. Yes, you guessed it, the car of honor is the Chevrolet HHR, a vehicle that evokes Chevy heritage while including modern amenities. This events brings HHR owners together in one place to drive go-karts, watch American Graffiti, play golf, and do other fun stuff. Judging will take place Saturday — the event is not free; visit the club’s site for more information.

German AutoFest — Do you own a German ride? Then you’ll want to take in this Osceola, IN event scheduled for Saturday, July 26th.  From 9 am to 2 pm you can show off your favorite wheels and participate in a contest, rain or shine.

Second Annual Shifting Gears Road Rally — Sponsored by MADD — Mothers Against Drunk Driving — this Raleigh, NC event doesn’t take place until Saturday, August 23rd, but you may want to plan accordingly. The Road Rally is a novelty rally designed for auto enthusiasts or anyone who wants to have fun! The road rally is a family-friendly event with activities such as a kids zone, safety fair and auto show commencing at the completion of the road rally.  The concept of this event is similar to the popular TV show “The Amazing Race”  with a few extras added in.

If you have a show you want to tell the world about, please click on our Contact form, fill it out, and give us all of the details. We probably won’t notify you if your information is published, so please check back in to see what’s new.
