Senior Technician

Position Overview:

As an engineering technician, you will be responsible for technical functions in support of engineering activities such as design, test, checkout, modification, fabrication and assembly of electromechanical systems, circuitry or specialized test equipment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work from schematics, diagrams, or verbal descriptions to perform testing, trouble-shoot and document test results to assist in the design verification of advanced energy systems.

• Run test equipment

• Debug test routines and procedures

• Perform light final assembly as needed Specific Skills/Abilities Engineering technician familiar with electrical test equipment, testing batteries, assembling and wiring mechanical and electrical prototypes. Must be self-motivated, work under very little direction and strive to achieve high quality, desired results.

Education/Experience:

• Associates Degree in electrical or technical field

• 3 – 5 years of experience in relevant experience in electronics design environment.
